Ok I did use a timer too.

Don’t worry, my hands are fine! The past few months I’ve been having issues with them, pain, stiffness and numbness. Things like that. While I could draw it took me a long time since I had to rest often. So while in Taiwan I took advantage of their cheap healthcare system even without insurance to get some heat therapy, acupuncture and massage. Hands have been much better with being careful and stretching. This was just my last follow up before heading back to the States. They put a large pad of chinese meds on, then wrapped it up. I usually leave it on for 4-5 hours. This was the only time I had both hands done. Makes me feel like I’m one step away from the cone of shame lol

Eh don’t worry. I’m sure Gizmo can lick them all better for you.
